For the third time, the Diplomatic Council (DC) and DC member Great Place to Work (GPTW) will be awarding the DC GPTW Diversity Award at the DC Summer Celebration on June 18 at a famous castle hotel near Frankfurt/Germany. The festive award ceremony is performed by Andreas Schubert, GPTW Managing Director and DC Chairman Corporate Culture Program together with Annika von Redwitz, Chairwoman of the DC Diversity Program. Amongst Germany’s 100 best employers, the DC GPTW Award will recognize the winner with the best diversity management.
Diversity is the opposite of discrimination and serves as the umbrella term for all anti-discrimination measures. In addition to the humanitarian aspects, diversity also plays a key role for the success of a company. Diversity management is part of the human resources management and comprises the constructive use of “social diversity”. The four dimensions of diversity include: Gender, Generations, Cultures, Differently Abled.
Last year, Sapient Razerfish won the DC GPTW Diversity Award and became a member of the Diplomatic Council. The year before it was Daimler Financial Services.
