The following business tools are available exclusively for members who hold executive positions and/or a Business Commissioner or Business Consul or Business Ambassador title in the Diplomatic Council.

The official Diplomatic Council business card and email address is only to be used in connection with the executive function assigned by the Diplomatic Council. In the event of misuse, the Diplomatic Council explicitly reserves the right to block the email address resp. to disallow the use of the business cars. In severe cases of misuse, the member shall be terminated and excluded from the Diplomatic Council.
Business Cards
Official business cards in the Diplomatic Council style. Allows DC executives to professionally perform their tasks and externally demonstrate their DC status in business relations.
Freely selectable field for title, first name, middle name, surname, DC function, landline, fax number, mobile number and Diplomatic Council email address. The postal address is usually the address of an official DC Mission (in most cases the address would be Diplomatic Council (UN reg.), Muehlhohle 2, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany); in rare cases another address can be requested.
The expenses for 250 official Diplomatic Council business cards amount to € 40 (including personalization, correction run, glossy print and delivery).
Read the small print: Diplomatic Council business cards are only to be used in connection with the executive function assigned to the cardholder by the Diplomatic Council. In the event of misuse, the Diplomatic Council explicitly reserves the right to prohibit the use of the remaining business cards and withdraw them; in this case, the member has confirmed during the ordering process his agreement to immediately return the business cards on request. In severe cases of misuse, the member shall be terminated and excluded from the Diplomatic Council.
Email Address
Official Diplomatic Council email address allows Diplomatic Council Executives, Business Commissioners, Business Consuls and Business Ambassador to professionally perform their tasks and externally demonstrate their Diplomatic Council status.

Modern email address based on Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP), which can be installed and used on any number of devices (PC, Mac, Smartphone, iPhone, Tablet, iPad, etc.) in parallel. This email address can receive and send messages, which is achieved by storing and administrating the email correspondences on the DC server (fee-based). The Executive position or Commissioner, Consul or Ambassador status is clearly demonstrated given the emails are officially sent from the server diplomatic-council.org.
The Diplomatic Council takes care of the installation of the email address on our server as well as the running storage and administration of the server. The member himself is responsible for taking care of the email functionality on his own devices. He will obtain all necessary data to carry out a smooth and trouble-free installation. Each member is requested to keep his email data in a safe place so he has it available for installation on a new device.
The expenses for an official Diplomatic Council email address amount to € 100 per year (including storage space and administration fees).
