The Diplomatic Council (DC) Summer Celebration on 1 July in Frankfurt/Germnany has many facets. One of them is the DC Start-up Summit.

Founding a start-up means venturing into unknown territory, overcoming obstacles and reaching new heights step by step. This is exactly what the DC Start-up Summit is all about: bringing together people with ideas, energy and entrepreneurial spirit - to learn from each other, share experiences and gain new perspectives. Whether founder, investor, developer or designer - the Summit at the Summer Celebration is a place for dialogue at eye level.

It is of paramount importance that the start-ups at this event engage not only with seasoned diplomats within the Diplomatic Council network but also with prominent figures from the business realm. These individuals represent potential investors, strategic allies, and influential multipliers – precisely the connections that prove invaluable for start-ups.

The partner country of this year's DC Summer Celebration is France. The French Consulate General in Frankfurt is therefore specifically inviting particularly interesting start-ups from France. This is an interesting alternative for international investors, as the USA in particular has long been considered over-invested. The DC Start-up Summit also of course welcomes startups from Germany, as well as other European and non-European countries.
