On the occasion of the State Visit of the President of the people's Republic of China Xi JinPing to the Kingdom of Spain, the Foundation ONUART has held this magnificent concert in the National Auditorium of music of Madrid, called "BELT & ROAD". Celebrating the diversity of cultural between China and Spain. this event was chaired by the former minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain Excmo. Mr. Miguel Angel Moratinos. It was a please for the Head of Diplomatic Council Spain, Ilmo. Mr. D. Juan Lorente Gonzalez, to meet with the magnificent mezzo soprano of world fame Ms.

For the first time the Diplomatic Council offered it´s members a Tour de Bazar International de Luxembourg Sous le Haut Patronage de S.A.R. la Grande Duchesse with the Head of Diplomatic Council Mission Luxembourg Francis Hoogewerf. Participants met members and VIPs including the President of the Bazar Erika Ehrhard, the German Ambassador H.E. Dr. Heinrich Kreft, the Japanese Ambassador H.E. Shigeji Suzuki, the Rumanian Ambassador H.E. Lilian Zamfiroiu and many more.

Elaine, a self-start and inspiring entrepreneur in the F&B Industry is a loving mother to two teenage daughters. She and her husband founded the Octopus Group which owned more than 80 F&B outlets in Singapore. Now Octopus Global Hldgs became one of the largest alcohol distribution company in Singapore and Malaysia.

The Diplomatic Council (DC) leaders where invited by its partner Brussels Diplomatic Academy (BDA) to join the yearly Economic Diplomacy Conference in Brussels. The main topic was Safeguarding our Economic Security.

The Ubiquity University based in California (USA) joined the Diplomatic Council as a new member. It is an accredited global university designed for Social Impact. The University founders believe that  people everywhere must be supported with the skills they need to solve pressing global problems that are threatening the planetary ecology and human society.

Dr. Mayelinne De Lara has been appointed Head of Diplomatic Council Mission Benelux based in The Hague. She is the publisher of Diplomat Magazine. In her position she is well-connected not just with all Ambassadors around, but also with a high-level business community.
